We’ve learned a lot since we bought our bungalow almost 5 years ago. I hope you will have an easier time, since your place seems about 65 years younger and doesn’t appear to have a yard. So far we’ve had mysterious seepage in the basement, the sewer line backed up, and the nearly new washer/dryer died. We replaced the windows and doors, built a paver patio and a shed in the backyard, and completed the bathroom face lift with a new tub surround. There’s still a few improvements we’d like to do as time and money allow, so it’s a process.
